Basic Shares: 39.3 million
Fully Diluted: 46.5 million
One of the biggest corporate jet service centres in the world - U.S.-based, Midcoast Aviation - has expanded its business with International Water-Guard (IWG.
Midcoast has asked IWG to build water systems for some of the corporate jets it completes in its massive hangers near St. Louis, Missouri.
Before this, Midcoast was ordering IWG's non-chemical water treatment units for several years.
The value of the expanded business relationship was not unveiled.
But IWG President & CEO David Fox was clearly pleased with the announcement, noting the development was a, "vote of confidence in the capability of IWG as an aircraft system supplier."
Midcoast has nearly 650,000 sq. ft of hangar space in which it performs jet aircraft maintenance and modifications for a host of corporate jets ranging from Learjets to Gulfstream and Canada's own Challenger business jets.
