AeroMechanical's Interim COO Resigns

AeroMechanical Services Ltd., (TSX:V-AMA)

Fully Diluted: 93 million


AeroMechanical (AMA) announced its interim Chief Operating Officer, John Brom, will be resigning in eight weeks.
In its August 12th news release, AMA stated that Mr. Brom's work, roughly over the last 10 months, helped in both product development and development of new processes.
Mr. Brom will be leaving AMA on Oct. 9th to pursue other interests
In AMA's ongoing efforts to trim operating costs, Mr. Brom's duties will be picked up by other AMA executives.
The news of Mr. Brom's departure followed the report last week that Richard Hayden will be AMA's new President.
