AeroMechancial Services Ltd. (TSX:V-AMA)
Basic Shares: 81 million
Fully Diluted: 93 million

The Toronto Stock Exchange Venture index sang AeroMechanical's praises June 19th, naming it as one of the top 10 publicly-traded companies in one of five categories.
The category AMA shone in was Diversified Industries. The remaining four categories were Oil & Gas, Mining, Technology/Life Sciences and Clean Technology.
Every year the exchange examines the roughly 2,200 companies on its Venture index to determine which ones are the top 50 performers measured equally by one-year revenue, return on investment, market cap growth and trading volume.
As of Dec. 31st, 2007, AMA had a return on investment of a whopping 232% and a market cap growth of 302%, according to the TSX calculations.
AMA's CEO and Chairman, Bill Tempany, said the accolade was icing on the corporation's cake and that he hoped, "with transparency to the market and delivery to our clients," to win the award again in 2008.
Mr. Tempany was in Toronto on June 19th to receive the official reward at a close-of-market ceremony at the TSX.
