One Executive Star Departs, Another Arrives


AeroMechanical announced Nov. 6th the resignation of Gino Ferronato, a talented and hard-working Chief Operating Officer who joined the company in March 2007.

In his relatively short tenure, Mr. Ferronato was credited with laying the fundamentals for growth that AeroMechanical needs as it ramps up its business.

Mr. Ferronato is leaving to pursue a long-held dream but AeroMechanical found a replacement who knows the international airline industry like the back of his hand and is passionate about the capabilities of AeroMechanical's technology.

John Brom, the former Vice-President of Maintenance & Engineering for Aloha Airlines - one of AeroMechanical's first major customers - will serve as interim Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Brom is known in the industry as the person to hire to fix an airlines engineering woes.

He has high level contacts in both international airlines, but also among aircraft manufactures.
