Anglo Swiss - Awaiting Results

Anglo Swiss (ASW: TSX-V) (ASWRF: OTCBB) (AMO: Berlin)

Anglo Swiss has completed its drilling for 2007 on the Fry Inlet Diamond property in the Lac de Gras region of the North West Territories.

The North West Territories is now the third largest producer of diamonds in the world and the Anglo Swiss Fry Inlet diamond claims are in close proximity to Canada’s first two producing diamond mines. ASW has claim to 90,000 acres in this area.

There were seven high – priority targets drilled in an area that has not been looked at since Kennecott drilled in the 1990’s. In those compressed and ancient rock formations, Kennecott found both microscopic and relatively large-sized diamonds. A land stake rush in the 1990’s buried the potential of this property and others that were scrutinized at the time and now Anglo Swiss has re-drilled new core samples from the same spot using today’s much improved screening methods.

The core samples have been shipped off for analysis allowing ASW to focus on its current program, the Kenville Gold Mine property in British Columbia where the drills are now turning.
