The Howard Group Goes Mining …in China

Asia Now Resources Corp. (NOW-TSX Venture) is the newest addition to The Howard Group's (THG) client and investment portfolio and offers a lot for gold bugs.

Asia Now Resources Corp. is a Canadian based junior mining company that is focused solely on exploration in China. The Company has a world-class team with four joint venture Chinese partners and relationships and is well connected to a broad network of Chinese authorities.

NOW is focused on proving up one to three world class ore bodies. Why THG was attracted to the company includes:

1) Three active projects all poised to become world-class deposits. Exceptional results from past exploration has prompted the expansion of drilling in aggressive work programs.

2) All the projects are in proven mining areas located in southwestern China.

3) A pedigreed, proven, team of explorationists , supported by a Board of Advisors and Directors to match. NOW’s team has proven experience internationally.

4) A strong economic commodity cycle with projects located directly within the country that is the primary driver behind the rising prices. High potential mining projects backed with solid management are always worth investing in. Add the fuel of commodity pricing pressures and the decision gets much easier.

5) The balance sheet is sound with funding in place for current projects and over $4 million in the bank and no debt.

6) In our view, NOW has a realtively low market capitalization of under $20 million and we feel is therefore very attractive to its peers.

The Howard Group will be releasing a ‘why we are investing in NOW’ summary by the end of May, 2007. In addition, with the ramping up of work in progress (mostly drilling) we expect an increase in news flow over the coming year.

We are very happy to be involved with Asia Now Resources Corp. as it has all the merits of what we look at when we invest.

Simply put this includes:

Strong Management.
Potentially high impact projects.
Tremendous Blue Sky potential.
