Hugh's top pick still Neptune

Hugh Cleland, the founding portfolio manager of Northern Rivers Capital Management was on BNN this morning at 12:30pm EST touting Neptune.

Neptune, first recommended by Hugh Cleland some time ago, was still one of his top picks. Hugh stated that "an analyst in New York couldn't figure out why [Neptune] wasn't already trading at $15 or more" and that there is a lack of solutions available in the HDL space right now.

The stock closed up $1.00 or 18.7% on nearly 1 million shares to end at $6.35.
